Overkill-Triumph of the will (SST 1985)

Well,this is certainly not the speed metal act (crap) with the same name.The L.A Overkill were an early 80s hardcore band,that assimilated some hard rock sounds and pre dated bands like Bl'ast and Annihilation Time.
Brutal but not fast,hard as a rock,rocking hardcore.On SST.
